The Gables Renovation

Project Overview
This project focused on the extensive renovation and expansion of an existing property, revitalising its structure and significantly increasing its living space.

The Work
We undertook a comprehensive transformation, including a full exterior refresh with new rendering, upgraded windows, and a complete roof overhaul. A key element was the full loft conversion, ingeniously designed to add valuable new accommodation while seamlessly integrating with the existing structure and maintaining the home’s distinctive architectural character. The work also included modernising the integrated garage.
